Do not put any more points into Ice Arrow as it only improves freeze duration, not damage. I opted to take Critical Strike to 6 (13 soft points for 61% crit) and the rest into Magic Arrow.

Note that this is an endgame build a leveling section is not included. It can reach over 9k max damage on Strafe with about 75% crit rate and 2k+ damage on FA.

I've tried making similar builds in classic D2, but the new buffs to Strafe and to bow skill synergies finally make it actually work. It is still very competitive compared to other, more expensive builds. Instead, this build uses an Infinity merc and sacrifices a little physical damage to help its Freezing Arrow. I made it primarily because WF is one of my favorite items and I wanted to use it over the other options, but I didn't want to go the cookie-cutter WF + Faith merc route. This is an end-game, hybrid strafe + freezing arrow amazon build using Windforce.
